Sidecar
| 1 oz | Paula’s Texas Orange |
| 1½ oz | brandy or cognac |
| ¾ oz | fresh lemon juice |
| an | orange peel for garnish |
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with orange peel.
