| 1½ oz | cognac |
| ½ oz | Bénédictine D.O.M. |
| ½ oz | Paula’s Texas Orange |
| ¾ oz | fresh lemon juice |
Combine ingredients with ice and shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a flamed orange peel.
