Stork Club Cocktail
| 1½ oz | gin |
| ¾ oz | Paula’s Texas Orange |
| 1 oz | fresh-squeezed orange juice |
| ½ oz | fresh-squeezed lime juice |
| a dash | Angostura bitters |
| an | orange peel for garnish |
In a mixing glass, combine the gin, Paula’s Texas Orange, orange juice, lime juice, and bitters with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a flamed orange peel.
