A Rum with a Vieux
| 1 oz | rhum agricole |
| 1 oz | cognac |
| ¼ oz | aged Jamaican rum |
| ¼ oz | rich simple syrup 🍯 |
| 4 dashes | Peychaud’s bitters |
| 2 dashes | Angostura bitters |
| 3 dashes | Absinthe |
| a lemon | twist |
Rinse the inside of a chilled cocktail glass with absinthe. Stir the remaining ingredients with ice and strain into the glass. Twist the peel over the drink then discard.
