A Rum with a Vieux

1 oz rhum agricole
1 oz cognac
¼ oz aged Jamaican rum
¼ oz rich simple syrup 🍯
4 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
2 dashes Angostura bitters
3 dashes Absinthe
a lemon twist

Rinse the inside of a chilled cocktail glass with absinthe. Stir the remaining ingredients with ice and strain into the glass. Twist the peel over the drink then discard.
