Limon Rum
| 1½ oz | white rum |
| 1 oz | lemongrass syrup 🍯 |
| ½ oz | fresh lemon juice |
| 4 dashes | Angostura bitters or Tiki bitters |
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled coupe. (The name is my fault, not Paul’s.)
