New York Sour

2 oz rye whiskey
½ oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz simple syrup 🍯
½ oz red wine

Shake all of the ingredients with ice except the wine. Double-strain into a coupe. Slowly pour the wine over the back of a bar spoon to float it on the top of the drink.
