Melon Stand

2 oz Plymouth Gin
1 oz fresh watermelon juice
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz Aperol
½ oz simple syrup 🍯

Shake with ice and strain into a chilled Collins glass filled with pebble ice. Garnish with three watermelon balls on a pick. Danger named this drink after her Minnesota dream bar, Jane’s Sweet Melon Stand.
