1½ oz | silver tequila |
½ oz | Campari |
½ oz | agave syrup |
¾ oz | fresh lime juice |
a | large strawberry, hulled and quartered |
3 dashes | rhubarb bitters |
Muddle the strawberry and agave nectar in a shaker. Add the remaining ingredients and fill the shaker with ice; shake to chill and double-strain into a rimmed glass filled with fresh ice.
