Lemongrass syrup
2 stalk | lemongrass |
3 cup | water |
3 cup | granulated sugar |
Chop stalks of lemongrass into chunks. Bring water to a boil, add lemongrass and let simmer for 10 minutes. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Reduce heat and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Let it cool and strain before use.
