First of Four

1½ oz gin
¾ oz lemon juice
½ oz Avèze Gentiane liqueur
¼ oz Crème de Violette
¼ oz honey or honey syrup (1:1 honey:water)

Shake with ice and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
