Ginger lemongrass syrup
| ½ cup | fresh-squeezed lime juice |
| ¼ cup | sugar |
| ¼ cup | chopped, peeled ginger |
| a Tbs | chopped lemongrass |
Bring ingredients to boil in a small sauce pan, stirring until sugar dissolves. Let cool about 5 minutes. Strain ginger syrup into container; cover and refrigerate until cold, about 2 hours.
