Spiced nog flip
| 2 oz | spiced rum |
| 3 tsps | confectioner’s sugar |
| ⅛ tsp | ground nutmeg |
| ⅛ tsp | ground cinnamon |
| 2 oz | half-and-half |
| an | egg |
| a dash | vanilla extract |
| freshly grated nutmeg for garnish |
Shake hard with ice. Double strain into a chilled nog cup. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and/or a cinnamon stick.
