Ramos or New Orleans Fizz
| 1½ oz | gin |
| ½ oz | fresh lemon juice |
| ½ oz | fresh lime juice |
| 1½ oz | simple syrup 🍯 |
| 2 oz | heavy cream |
| ¾ oz | egg white |
| 2 drops | orange-flower water |
| club soda |
Combine all the ingredients except the sparkling water and shake hard with ice. Serve up in a highball glass, topped with club soda.
