Pisco Sour
| 6 oz | pisco |
| 4 oz | Paula’s Texas Lemon |
| 1½ oz | fresh-squeezed lime juice |
| a tsp | agave syrup |
| an | egg white |
| 2 dashes | Angostura bitters for garnish |
Combine Pisco, PTL, lime juice, and egg white. Shake hard with ice and pour into three small flute-like glasses. Garnish with Angostura bitters.
