Pisco Sour

6 oz pisco
4 oz Paula’s Texas Lemon
1½ oz fresh-squeezed lime juice
a tsp agave syrup
an egg white
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Combine Pisco, PTL, lime juice, and egg white. Shake hard with ice and pour into three small flute-like glasses. Garnish with Angostura bitters.
