Paula’s Porto Punch

2 oz Paula’s Texas Lemon
¾ oz tawny port
¾ oz fresh-squeezed lime juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters

This recipe is just right for Texas weather. Port provides the comforting strains of fall, while Paula’s Texas Lemon and lime insert prickly notes of the heat that lingers. We like the nutty aromas in tawny port, but you can use ruby port if you prefer it. Shake all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass. Strain into a bitters-rinsed sipping glass.
