Paula’s Irish O’jito
| 1 oz | Paula’s Texas Lemon |
| 1½ oz | Jameson Irish Whiskey |
| 2 oz | lemonade |
| a splash | of club soda |
| 3 | mint leaves |
| a | lemon wedge for garnish |
Pour Paula’s Texas Lemon in highball glass. Muddle with two of the mint leaves. Add ice, whiskey, lemonade, and a splash of soda and stir. Garnish with remaining mint leaf and lemon wedge.
