Orange-Fashioned

¾ oz	Paula’s Texas Orange
1½ oz	añejo tequila
2 dashes	orange bitters
¾ oz	simple syrup 🍯
an	orange wedge
	club soda

This is a variation of the Old-Fashioned using aged tequila instead of rye.

In a large old-fashioned glass, muddle orange with simple syrup. Add tequila, Paula’s Texas Orange, bitters, and ice. Stir. Top off with splash of club soda.
