Mimosa
2 oz | fresh-squeezed orange juice |
4 oz | champagne |
½ oz | Paula’s Texas Orange |
an | orange zest for garnish |
Pour the orange juice into a flute. Fill gently with Champagne and the drink will mix itself; there’s no need to stir, which would just wastefully dissipate the bubbles. Top with a float of Paula’s Texas Orange for an appealing little extra kick, and garnish with the orange zest.
