Martinez (variation 3)
| 1¼ oz | Hayman’s Old Tom Gin |
| 1¼ oz | sweet vermouth |
| ¼ oz | maraschino liqueur |
| ¼ oz | Fee Brothers Orange bitters |
| a | lemon peel for garnish |
Stir well with ice. Strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with a zested lemon peel.
Fee Brothers Orange bitters isn't especially bitter; perhaps use slightly less bitters if you're using something else.
