Long Island Iced Tea

| ½ oz | gin |
| ½ oz | rum |
| ½ oz | tequila |
| ½ oz | Paula’s Texas Orange (substituted for triple sec) |
| ¾ oz | simple syrup 🍯 |
| ¾ oz | fresh-squeezed lemon juice |
| 3 oz | Coca-Cola® |
| a | lemon wedge for garnish |
In a mixing glass, combine the vodka, gin, rum, tequila, Paula’s Texas Orange, syrup, and lemon juice with ice and stir. Strain into a large iced tea glass with ice, top with the Coca-Cola, and stir. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
