Inigo Montoya
| 2 oz | silver tequila |
| ½ tsp | finely chopped jalapeño |
| ½ oz | fresh lemon juice |
| ¾ oz | agave syrup |
| 1 oz | fresh pineapple juice |
| 2 dashes | Angostura bitters |
Combine all ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a cucumber wheel. Named for the swashbuckling Spaniard in The Princess Bride, this bold cocktail combines tequila with a generous dose of jalapeño and pineapple juice.
