2 oz gin or vodka
¾ oz Rose’s lime juice

Combine with ice and shake well. Strain into a small cocktail glass or server over ice in an old-fashioned glass. Garnish with cucumber slice or lime wedge. Note: this cocktail should be made with the preserved lime juice, not fresh lime juice.

Alternatively: a 1:1 mixture of fresh lime juice and rich simple syrup tastes much better than preserved lime juice.
