Fly by Night

1½ oz blended scotch
½ oz ginger liqueur
a dash Angostura bitters
a dash Peychaud’s bitters

Combine all ingredients in a glass with one large ice cube, stir. Garnish with a grapefruit twist and a brandied cherry.
