Deshler (modern)
| 2 oz | rye |
| 1 oz | Dubonnet rouge |
| ¼ oz | Cointreau |
| 2 dashes | Peychaud’s bitters |
| a swath | lemon peel |
| a swath | orange peel |
Express the oils from the swaths of citrus peel and add them to the a mixing glass. Add the remaining ingredients. Stir well and double strain into a chilled 🍸.
Garnish with orange peel.
